Acquiring Great
Businesses.

We partner with business owners who are ready for their next chapter — offering a clean exit, continuity for your people, and long-term stewardship of what you've spent years building.

Our Criteria  →

01

Partner Directly

We work one-on-one with business owners — no auctions, no layers of intermediaries. Direct conversations produce better outcomes for everyone at the table.

02

Acquire with Certainty

As a principal buyer, we control our own process and capital. No committee sign-offs, no surprise re-trades. We say what we're going to do — and we do it.

03

Steward What You Built

We are long-term owners. We protect culture, look after employees, and invest in operations — because we buy businesses to keep them, not to flip them.

Our Mission

Every great business deserves a thoughtful next owner.

Wright Acquisitions was built on a simple conviction: the best deals happen when both parties walk away feeling genuinely good about what just occurred. That means fair pricing, a transparent process, and a real commitment to what happens after the close.

Casey Wright brings decades of experience as an operator, lender, and investor. He understands what it takes to run a business — and what sellers actually need to feel confident handing over the keys.

Operator. Lender. Investor.
Now, Acquirer.

Casey Wright has spent his career at the intersection of real estate, capital, and operations. As co-founder of The Rincon Group — a commercial mortgage brokerage established in 2013 — Casey developed deep expertise in deal structuring, capital markets, and working alongside business owners navigating consequential financial transitions.

Over the years, Casey has owned and operated hundreds of residential units and thousands of square feet of commercial retail, giving him firsthand experience in what it actually takes to build and run an operating business day to day. As a private lender and active property investor, he has sat at every side of the table: the borrower, the lender, the operator, and the seller.

That multidimensional background is the foundation of Wright Acquisitions. Casey brings a practitioner's mindset to every conversation — no fluff, no wasted time, and a genuine respect for what sellers have built over a career. He knows what it means to sign the back of a check, not just the front.

Wright Acquisitions is the natural next chapter: applying decades of deal experience and hands-on operational know-how to find, acquire, and steward great businesses for the long haul.

Our Focus

We evaluate each opportunity on its own merits.

Wright Acquisitions is industry-agnostic. What matters is the quality of the business — its cash flow, its people, and its potential. Below are the general parameters we use as a starting point for any conversation.

Annual Revenue

We focus on businesses generating $1M – $15M+ in annual revenue. Size matters less than the consistency and predictability of the cash flows.

Profitability

We look for businesses with at least $300K in EBITDA or seller's discretionary earnings. Profitability signals discipline, sustainability, and real transferable value.

Industry

We are open across industries. We are particularly drawn to businesses with recurring or repeat revenues, essential services, and defensible customer relationships.

Geography

We consider businesses nationwide. Based in San Diego, we are not constrained by geography when the right opportunity presents itself.

Business Model

We prefer businesses with an established customer base, defined operations, and a team in place. Owner-operated businesses are welcome — we are experienced with transitions.

Timeline

We move at your pace. Some sellers want to close in 60 days; others need a year to plan. We will structure a process that fits your situation, not ours.

The ideal seller

  • Ready to retire or step back from day-to-day operations
  • Wants employees and company culture protected post-close
  • Looking for a straightforward, low-drama transaction
  • Has a business with at least 3 years of operating history
  • Interested in dealing with a principal, not a fund or committee
  • Open to flexible deal structuring when it achieves the right outcome
  • Motivated by legacy alongside financial outcome
  • Values a buyer who actually understands what it means to operate
